Great for a romantic weekend escape or mid week break, this cute little cottage features a convertible fully sprung queen sized sofa bed, additional occasional seating, separate dining setting, kitchenette and outdoor setting perfect for enjoying a little BBQ on the deck or just sipping a glass of wine.

Bathroom features shower, toilet and wash basin and is just the right size for a couple!! Additional extras include TV, DVD, convection microwave oven, BBQ, and single under cover car space.

Gorgeous Avalon Village is just a short walk via a private pathway down the road and North Avalon beach is equally close, excellent for surfing but also flagged for swimming. Whale & Palm Beach are just up the road and tranquil Clareville beach located on the Pittwater side is only minutes away.
