The dining table comfortably seats 8 and takes in views of beautiful Whale Beach . Located adjacent the dining room is the kitchen complete with Gaggenau oven, dishwasher, microwave and French door fridge.
The wraparound verandah allows easy indoor/outdoor flow from the living area and leads to the outdoor BBQ terrace complete with outdoor dining table.
Let your teenagers or kids simmer down in the bunk room located on the lower level. There is a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. Also featuring a chaise lounge and sofa -perfect for taking in a movie on the plasma tv, Foxtel and DVD.
The laundry is located off the bunk room and doubles as a third bathroom with shower. There is washing machine, dryer and bar fridge in the bathroom.
Completing the picture is off street parking for 3 cars (one lock up garage) and two off street spaces.
