Fabulous Beach House

Cute as a button and oozing with style this fabulous beach home is just what the doctor ordered for your next summer vacation!!  Featuring stylish interiors and fabulous open plan entertaining areas both internally, and on the terrace and plus a lovely sun drenched rear courtyard area perfect for a lazy morning or afternoon in the sun.

The main dining and lounge area is located immediately adjacent to the gourmet kitchen and leads directly onto a sunny deck with views to the ocean and Bungan headland.  The lounge features a comfortable sofa and occasional chairs with a small dining setting off to one side.  The gourmet kitchen features all the usual creature comforts plus a breakfast bar area which is great spot casual dining.

There is just the one bathroom however there is also an outdoor shower which is great for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.  There is a TV, DVD and sound system in the main lounge area and gas BBQ located on the front deck.  Finally there is also a Jacuzzi sunken in the outdoor deck with views to Newport Reef.

Newport beach and shopping village is just down the hill and Avalon and Bungan beaches are only minutes in either direction.  Great for couples or a small family, this is ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
