The property will accommodate 8 guests and is well suited for two families.  The main house accommodates 6 guests by way of a queen bed and separate bunk room that sleeps 4. A second queen bed is located in the boat house rear of the property.

The central living area, dining and kitchen are located in the main house. The lounge is complete with comfortable couches, TV, DVD and micro sound system plus there is a dining setting that will accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is compact and modern complete with a coffee machine and breakfast bar. The main deck located at the front of the property, has tranquil views over Pittwater and The Basin and boasts a large outdoor entertaining setting.

There are several other outdoor areas including a rear courtyard and back garden. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a true Northern Beaches escape then this is definitely the property for you.
