Tranquil, tropical and serene are the first words that come to mind as you enter this beautiful Northern Beaches sanctuary tucked away behind the palms within seconds of private Bilgola Beach .

The magic begins as you enter the gates flanked by a sub tropical setting of palms, Koi pond with multiple carp and gold fish, water dragons, lush gardens and rock settings leading you to the front door of your very own tropical oasis.

The core of the house surrounds the central garden from 3 sides with multiple lavish formal and informal entertaining areas, and gourmet kitchen and breakfast room. The kitchen boasts stainless steel European appliances, wall oven, gas and induction cook top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar excellent for hosting the perfect long lunch or dinner party.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, with 2 double bedrooms on the upper gallery and one/two on the lower level consisting of a range of bedding configurations including 1 x king sized bed and 2 double beds with the possibility of a third double if required, sleeping 6-8 guests in total. Each of the bedrooms on the upper gallery has a distinct Asian influence with beautiful artwork and statues from all over Asia . The upper rooms also lead to the front veranda which is flooded with the morning sun and a perfect spot for a lazy mid morning siesta or quiet read.
