occasions. When

nationally, Glenn's achievements and rankings are oustanding.
Considered one of the best in
his field, Glenn is regularly called upon to guest speak at real
estate industry conferences and to mentor and inspire young agents.
Glenn
has built a reputation as a highly skilled real estate sales negotiator
and auction sales specialist. Glenn has an impressive track record
in prestige property sales, including achieving record prices for a
number of areas on the Peninsula. Glenn has found that his clients
find him a little different to the traditional real estate agent. He
has a strong background in human services having worked in the
fields of Urban Planning, Social Policy and Social Work in which he
holds a number of degrees. Before entering Real Estate he most
recently held senior Academic and Consultancy positions. Glenn's
professional background and insight into human behaviour and social
change have made him an exception to the norm and a welcome addition
to the real estate profession. Glenn concentrates his selling
efforts on the northern tip of the Peninsula servicing the suburbs
of Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon, Clareville, Bilgola and Newport.
Having lived in Clareville and most recently in Palm Beach, for
nearly 15 years, Glenn has a very close connection with the area and
it's residents. He is married and has three children.
Glenn
purchased the Raine & Horne Palm Beach franchise in 2000. It has
since become one of Australia's top Raine & Horne offices and has
substantially increased its market share in the area, making it one
of the most successful real estate agencies on the Northern Beaches
Peninsula.
